I might be a bozo here but if the technology's so good and unique and valuable, why did they choose to float? If it was all those things surely the way forward is to keep private and attract diagnostic partners/VC/other non-PO investment. IPO-ing at this stage has to be a bloody nightmare with all the reporting and disclosure etc. responsibilities, and these guys don't need the distraction and extra work involved. They need to develop a proper clinical test, which is no easy feat.
