A share consolidation is done by a company to reduce the amount of shares of issue.
Shareholders give up a certain amount of shares and receive 1 share in there place per amount,in this case 30 shares become 1 share,and the same for the options.
All this is done automatically after a agreed vote by shareholders to do so.
There is nothing you need to do and the only impact is that you will now have less shares but they will now trade at a higher price.
Last trade price was 0.007 cents,times that by 30 and the new trade price will be .21 cents or close to it.
