yes! The job of the Negotiating Committee is to ensure that the document in question does not hsve clauses and conditions that conflict with legislation and/or government policy. It is inconceivable to me that this hasn’t been in the spotlight every step along the way; with all the lawyering involved. I’m not expecting anything adverse now.
