As per the company announcement on 21 August 2009, the Directors advised that the Company has, pursuant to a special resolution passed at general meeting on 6 August 2009 in accordance with section 157(1) of the Corporations Act, changed its name from Southern Pacific Petroleum NL to Laguna Resources NL.
To more accurately reflect the Company’s identity, the ASX has provided the new ASX Code LRC. Trading will commence under this new code on Wednesday 26 August 2009.
