    I looked up the Kirkham notes on sgx

    These seem to be guaranteed by a company called Ezra following the trail to Ezra leads to announcements about chapter 11

    This all seems unrelated to the asset ZGM announced but perhaps this is muddying waters.

    I am just speculating here but the silence doesn't help
