With the endorsement of the Substantial Shareholder Group by the founding scientific directors, Jones' credibility has gone and his position is untenable.
I wonder if Jones will resign before the vote. Surely he cannot now expect other directors to resign if he is removed at the EGM.
The other directors can't be pleased he has placed them in this situation.
