I think I recall the announcement you a referring to. From memory there was a one line mention of an ASIC investigation regarding or concerning ISX. For all we know though it may just be that ISX is assisting ASIC in investigating one or two previous customers that were mentioned in the AFR & SMH newspapers. There have been no allegations by ASIC of any wrongdoing by ISX. If ASIC DOES have a problem with a company, they definitely make it known. Just look at the Big 4 banks behavior, and how ASIC responded. They aren't well known for "secret investigations".
