Why do they keep talking about not being given the OM report when they have announced they have a copy. Are they trying to give the impression that they have not seen it and therefore cannot respond to any allegations?

Why not just confront the report head-on if it is wrong? Nowhere in that email do they say the OM report is wrong.....

That omission of truth is not what I would expect of a company director - feels slippery to me. Attack the report if it is wrong...... do not shout from the roof-tops that you have not been given a copy (when you already have a copy).

This traded for near 2 weeks after that report, and was on the rise. Stop talking about the report unless you want to refute it.
