There's no omission here. I think you've just misunderstood the point of the paragraph. They're questioning OM's agenda (not received from) contrasted with the more professional and prestigious ISS.

As far as refuting the allegations, I think ISX crossed every item off that list in it's responses to the ASX. It's all publicly available. Nothing more needed to be said before the 7th.
