Just throwing this thought out there, to the masses.
Haven't heard anything, no rumours etc... Just pure speculation.
It is possible that AGS - re-lists as a new company?
Sell the gold assets to DGO and offer all existing shareholders new shares in the new U company soon to go into production, and shares in the Gold Company?
Any large institution would simply have to buy into the new U company.
This would give them the opportunity to kill many birds with one stone?
1) Change company name to reflect the U focus, 2) take advantage of the Gold assets and provide share holders with potential appreciation in value and new management focused on getting production up, 3) Raise the necessary equity from private institutions taking part in the share issue.
Would be pretty impressive if they could pull this off, but they have been alluding to sell off the gold assets for a while now, and it only seems logical to gear up the company to re-list as a U producer.
