I nearly posted to forecast a close at 56c. I still think it's being manipulated?? Sellers are being 'sucked in' by the bot and/or others.
If the 2nd placement to Sin Tang goes ahead, at this price it will generate approx 20mil of cash flow. That would be a start to building something. But I still think that either IVA or Xstrata will move.
