I agree with you totally clif. As long as what is reported is correct. Directors have a legal obligation to do what is in the best interest of shareholders so I expect our board to do that. I would love for the board to present both offers to shareholders and see which one we all prefer. However make sure they are presented with no bias. That is all that us shareholders want to see. I did respond to your previous post but your post was taken down so mine would not go up but I did save it. What I presented was an analysis of the two options but maybe I should wait until we get in writing what the UK option is so there is no conjecture on my behalf. Hey I am really hoping that they have improved the UK deal as if they have then it will be great for shareholders.
Anyway next two weeks we should get a clearer understanding on what they are wanting to achieve.
