A New Company Secretary who has an understanding of how the A.S.X. can hurt Shareholders is Required for this Company.
The recent Selldown by BTV in advance of the Molyhil M.O.U. termination by Hunan produced a Double Whammy effect on THR'S Share Price,and THR,BTV, and TNG have, as we all know, the same Company Secretary.
I'm sure A.S.I.C. could become involved here, especially if the THR Share Price Falls anymore, from it's present approx. 35 Cent level.
