The entire Au resource sector is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.
Decarbonising economic systems is the challenge of our time & the importance of critical mineral supply chains makes up a big part of this.
Mining & processing these, then recycling to take the place of the fossil fuel 'mine once & burn it system' we are dependent upon.
But rather than a competition to secure the companies with the tenements & capacity to develop these something really weird is going on almost universally on the ASX & the opposite is true - advanced project developments are not in the box seat in terms of SP appreciating - I cant explain it, well without it sounding crazy.
Is it Big player, Market Mover shenanigans?
Perspective, there was a comparison of Apple or maybe Google Market value vs all the mining stocks on the ASX & they only added up to a % of a single tech major. So messing with an entire sector is not in the realm of the impossible.
