[NEW] Competitive landscape

I think we are attacking the problem of analysing the competitive landscape entirely wrong. The alternative thread is trying to find a competitor by hauling into the thread many irrelevant products without providing analysis as to how the product compares to Akida.

I want a thread that ONLY lists products that have been analysed and found to have attributes that out perform Akida or at least offer feature parity.

the basis for the comparison should be this list of features/benefits:

1) one-shot learning

2) on-chip learning

3) on-chip convolution
4) it's cheap to produce

5) it's entirely digital

6) it's scalable

7) it's IP is licensable
8) it's available now

if the product falls short of any of these items, it is immediately disqualified and should not be posted in this thread. If a product is posted in this thread and falls short of any of these items, it should be flagged as "inferior".
