    @ paulharris: Agree on the 'use it or lose it'. Governments will be understanding on deferring activity while the POO is very low, but with any uptick, they will expect exploration spending. After all, they have granted exclusivity.

    I hope RC has a plan. Nothing wrong with joint ventures. Even demonstrably seeking these would be looked upon favorably by government.
