    Slowly but surely turning this ship around.

    Still not completely comfortable with the ownership levels of the founding family, but pleased to see the transition from a family run unit to a market listed enterprise.

    For me, given the economic climate and need for housing in WA in particular, this is an under priced play with some serious leverage to cheap money.
