new coo gets options worth 450k for nothing

HOW CAN ANYONE GET A SIGN ON BONUS WORTH $450K FOR NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING.

I can see he was granted 1.5 million options that can be exercised at 80 cents which i thought was ok but i have run a Black-Scholes option valuation on them and they were worth $450,000 at the time of issue of Friday.

Can someone please tell me what this new COO is getting paid? Was it disclosed to the market??

Surely you have to ask shareholders permission to do this because this is not right! Does Amadeus have to write this amount off its financial results come June?

Can somebody please help? Would the chairman be the one to authorise issuing such valuable options or is this done GT?

Also where is our update on Schwing 2? Why wont the company tells us what is going on here?
