The most important factor to note here is the enormous trading volume since the announcement, In my it is just too large to have been an orchestrated play to effect a capital raise as has been suggested. This is not to say that a capital raise wont take place at some point as funds are always needed but I doubt it was planned with the results known for some time. A simple bump up prior to a raising would not need to have been done with such a huge dollar purchase of stock.

The company has come off a very low base and despite the recent flurry of interest post announcement the valuation is still very modest relative to the assets reflecting the near complete abandonment of the exploration sector.

These excellent trench sampling results although not drilling have at the very least shone a light on the company. For long standing investors if WCN can continue to achieve exploration success the lost value may start to return over time. For the new investor this could be an ideal entry point now interest has been re established,

There are hundreds of under valued explorers out there to choose from but most of them are not on any radar. These results have re awakened interest in WCN. Lets hope they can capitalise on them in the coming months with the drilling program. I am sure they will have a very clear view of where to place that drill for the 3000m program
