options vest as a percentage above the price set. I think the price set is 75cents. If the share price increases above this point the options start to vest on a percentage basis.
If the share price is 20% above 75 cents on the set date they only get 20% of the options issued to them. If the share price gets to 100% $1.50 they get all the options.
I have been a long time holder back to the days when they where into biodiesel. I dont like giving out free options but the slidung scale seems fair.
