Below is reply note from Brent Emmett regarding to PDL 10:
"The unitisation agreement between PRL 4 and PPL 259 licensees was signed before Xmas and is not an issue in terms of grant of PDL 10. Neither is the gas sales agreement with Ok Tedi. The delay is purely a matter of bureaucratic process, over which HZN has limited influence".
