I refer to the appointment of Daniel Bredenkamp and I as Joint and Several Administrators of
the Company on 20 April 2015 and our subsequent appointment as Joint and Several Deed
Administrators of the Company on 9 June 2015.
I advise that the Company was removed from the official list of the Australian Securities
Exchange on 4 August 2017. In this regard, we now intend to convene a meeting of creditors
shortly to consider a resolution to terminate the existing deed of company arrangement and
have the Company wound up in liquidation. We now also have reasonable grounds to believe
that there is no likelihood that shareholders of the Company will receive any distribution in the
course of the external administration.
I suggest you consult with your tax accountant on this matter however, in light of the above, we
consider a capital loss on the Company’s shares in accordance with section 104-145 of the
Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 may now be claimed for taxation purposes
