And the idea that a cash and announcement desperate MSB is somehow waiting for Novartis to fulfill some unknown requirements before they will accept the deal simply beggars belief.
So if you were the CEO of Novartis, you would commit to MSB now only weeks before OTAT say yes or no to the potency assays ? I would think it prudent of the Novartis CEO to wait so again not sure why yourself and others keep expecting this deal to finalise prior to the OTAT meeting given it is so close ..... that's what beggars belief IMO .... as you were ... lol
