Its not a lack of understanding.What u don't seem to comprehend is that as more treatments become available to prevent covid or cure it in the early stages, the less is the opportunity for MSB to treat covid at later stages.
Furthermore, MSB didn't seems to be effective in treating the sickest if the sick covid patients anyway. So u r banking on an ever decreasing opportunity to treat a "target" group of patients
