    So, AMID, what you're saying is it doesn't make much sense for anyone to buy the liquidated assets because the VentrAssist would become worthless (unless they just wanted the equipment). Are you sure of this? If this is the case then my guess is FH wouldn't get as many cents in the dollar for creditors by selling assets individualy vs selling the company as a whole (say for $4.0 Million). Right?
