    Sym1, I'm not saying the assets on their own are worthless, but acquiring the whole entity is a lot better than buying all assests separately, becuase the total value of assets bought separately is lower than the value of the whole entity. One reason being of course the time to market in the US. Completing the PMA process is better than starting a PMA from scratch. Does that make sense?
