    Sym1, I agree with the shareholders contributing, however I believe that Sherman is after a "cornerstone" investor / sophisticated investotr Shareholders could contribute towards an SPP if given the opportunity.
    The VCRSHG plus shareholders have been let down numerous times by such investors. Is there any way that each of our committed "cornerstones" could be encouraged to contribute a bit more? Is Sherman still chasing the magical $10M or could the VCRSHG negotiate a lesser amount?
