They are only ever just ideas. When you look at charts you see very often see both scenarios bullish and bearish. Just how a head and shoulders on its decending right side becomes/forms the left side of the inverse head and shoulders that is developing.
Sudden news always has the potential to void or change a trend at the drop of a hat.....
