I agree. Zeff is planning to blow the bonus targets as far out of the water as he can.

It would be a bad look if he just scraped over the line at any of the target levels. With four rigs, a pile of cash in bank and a rapidly expanding gold baring footprint to build a jorc resource upon I don't think he is having any sleepless nights about not making these target levels.

In the back of mind will be the other Gold producers watching and sniffing around.

Post jorc I believe hard offers will start coming in from Majors to buy Ternera or the whole lot......we will cross that bridge if and when we get to it but one can see in the way the bonus structure is written that contingency in made for early sale or take over. So the guys were always aware of where this might head.

Whatever happens these guys won't sell anything early and not before we have a better idea of just what we have. We know its big but just how big. Good question to have..
