I think an important question to ask yourself is " How high do you want the SP before you buy the last 20 %?"
If management are smart would you not try to keep a lid on what you have so you don't have to pay the vendors true worth - if you haven't drilled it and put it in the MRE you can argue the point of how much you have.........
Don't shoot me , its my largest holding, but just have a think about that.
