there should be equal global concern re TB.

There are only 3 recognised diagostic tools for detecting TB

(1) TST....Tuberculin Skin Test.....US based.
It is around since 1910. It is a two step test. It is invasive , especially in some cultures and in some cases downright unreliable.

(2)QuantiFERON
It is Aussie...so it has to be good
