    This came into my Linkedin feed recently. Looks like they may have replaced their CTO ? Jumped ship, pushed or change in strategy ?
    I see this as a significant move we need to understand. From ADRs own announcements their pipeline and tech upgrades was being delivered at pace and on plan, What is the driver for this ? A new direction, new strategy?Something this significant needs explanation.
    Will we get one ? CTO is not a director postion, it therefore does not need to be announced and history says its unlikey we will get one. This is the perfect opportunity to build a positive story around what is a big move. It must have been done for a, good, reason, what is it ?
