New Customer Growth

Dear Shareholders,

I am writing as a follow-up to our press release of 12 April and to share important progress as we cultivate and develop customer relationships.

Final manufacturing scale validation, which immediately precedes customer orders, has been occurring at customers’ sites this month with companies in all of the industries we serve – bedding, military, outdoor, automotive and resins/coatings. In last week’s successful trials, customers told our sales and product development team members that Alexium unilaterally has a better product.

We continue to win new customers as we provide personalized service, expand our business development efforts and take advantage of the multitude of opportunities for Alexium’s environmentally-friendly solutions. This puts our Company in a great position, and our growth rate is excellent.
