Well I thought I'd talk to Comsec this morning as I have a margin loan on one of my portfolios and yes did have SGH in itand now AJX makes up 65% of it.
So because there are conditions on AJX at the moment eg40% gearing no more than 70% of portfolio. But I'm a bit proactive and Comsec like that.
So after having a chat to one of the managers and telling him about the DOD contract etc, I like to talk on the phone get side tracked sometimes, hate writing emails etc....
So after our chat he said that he will look into AJX and give it a review and see if they can make it a permanent gearing
Bloody happy with that just hope he was genuine and does get back to me...
