    The only issue I see with the Chinese is that they like exclusivity when discussing deals such as T/Os. They then like to drag things out to try to get the best price. I highly doubt management would be stupid enough not to be in discussions with several interested parties. This may give Chinese parties reason enough to not get involved, which would be ultimately their loss.
