when something seems to good to be true it usually is. Check out page 7 at clause 2.2 of the prospectus which indicates the components of the reverse takeover transaction including the revocation of the pooled development fund status under the relevant legislation. The status was appropriate for VOC when it was operating as the first opportunity fund, however not appropriate for its currenct operations.
