A calculation in the SA Royal Commission "Hatch" report appears to indicate that the enrichment factor is about 5 to 6 and that the enrichment of Paducah tails (@ an average of 0.335% U235) to natural grade (0.71% U235) could be done in one cascade (using the Urenco calculator). This of course is derivation from the report and NOT supported by SLX which is still between 2 and 20.
