The worst is over for Capral:
- good housing volumes, industial markets improving
- Lower import levels due to currency and anti dumping legislation
- re organisation benefis from One Steel acquisition.
- Strong cash generation, return to franked divvy this year.
Market cap $50m. Curent assets minus all liabiliies $70m ! Plus you get $30m of plant and equiment, and the Capral Brand, which is in the books for nothing.
Forecasts of $13-16m EBITDA for 2016 - big scope for this to be upgraded as year goes on.
Not the world's most exciting stock, but must be worth 25c IMO.
