All in management know the financial situation + those involving Matdor----my thinking is shares in lieu(escrow 1-2 yr) them like Coldry have waited a long time---the price has been in the pipeline a long time---which ever amount it is one does not work without the offer.The payment I feel will be in shares---after the time-limit--the S/P (HIGHER)--they may want royalties similar to ESI. Indian`s may not help--like everyone else-once proven commercially---if want the tec--will pay a lot more !!! At least this decision is one I would rather be facing--than not at all.
