From the CWEI board comes news that Palo Verde has shut down all three of its units for at least a couple of days.

So there will be demand for more NG to replace the lsot electricity from these units. Total output is about 3200MW...

Every little bit helps and so far there is:

1. The Palo Verde electricity make up..spot prices were up a bunch in the SW spot market..

2. Mars down for a couple of more weeks with the good possibility of other platforms to shut down for checks too.

3. Alberta is curtailing about 125 mmcf/d in defernce to oil sands production. This is a permanent reduction.
