Now i dont want to argue about it as we are both at the mercy of some fast players, but "Implied value'' does not equate to what was given, in my humble and naive opinion, its was only implied.
Where did you get that figure from ? Was it from the first announcement when the URB shares were traded up to a high ?
How much was the consideration ON THE DAY of transfer ?
What was the value of the TOT shares on the day?
What was the value of the URB shares on the day?

I am going on a my original investment into the IPO = 9000 shares @ $1.10.
you may have bought in under the dollar so no lose incurred.
And for clarity i doubled my holding when it dropped to around the $1.01 mark so have not lost on those but have on the first parcel.
And i go back to their reason d'etre being a long term investment in a LIC with exposure to a growing urbanisation of the East Coast metropoli.
Until i get my man with the abacus to sift through my holding I wont know how much i have gained or lost in real terms.
That is without including all the lost investment gains in the time my funds were tied to their wagontrain.
