I was re reading the scheme of arrangement to try and workout if CONTACT are still being paid out on their 10 year LONG TERM management contract but my forensic skills are lacking.Ide like to think that because they didnt fulfill the charter then they are not being fed the annual amount until 2027 from TOT.
Around the 150 page I think it was they compared the two entities and management costs and prim facie it looks a much better deal for ex-URB holders.
the last few announcements on TOT site about PV7 and goodmans look positive for TOT.

So I hope I can lose the bad taste in my mouth from being involved with URB.
sentiment says hold but i am selling half.
