or

2#Trying to seek another extension from Noteholders which is yet to be approved.
Recap is still in progress or getting tough to negotiate. Most likely another extension...

3# As some expect going into VA, Which is highly unlikely as per the wish of shorters (controls 5-10% of registry). Big funds and sharks are in this one with Millions invested (not $1000-$10K like shorters) and they will ensure that QIN keep floating. However, they might take larger chunk out of QIN if participated in Recap.
