    Since a rational analysis of demand for the goods would lead one to find a way to satisfy that demand I would surmise that the Coy have made and are making moves to enter the market - Also history shows that the Chinese can and do make deals on all sorts of matters at these congresses - so your sarcasm is somewhat puerile HT.
