I can confirm that management is not aware of any specific reasons for the movement in the share price.

The Vitaco prospectus that was issued in September provided a thorough analysis of our business strategy and our forecasts. As we only listed in September we are not required to hold an AGM until October 2016.
Therefore the next opportunity for us to update investors is immediately following our half year announcement which will be on 24^th February 2016. The market remains fully informed.
