yes - finalizing sounds better. that sounds like the negotiations are well advanced. IF and WHEN the deals are announced, then this thing will rocket. when the signs are up, that will be a complete endoresment of the technology. if it happens, investors will be scratching their heads in disbelief, as to why they did not buy at these prices. indeed, i will be doing the same, and wondering why i didn't mortgage the house, wife and kids on this thing. however the years have taught me to be cautious with shares, and not to become to over exposed to a good story
