I have found speaking to Karoon tough. The high up guys dont want to talk (even to a top 20 shareholder such as myself) and the IR guy is super conservative in information. He actually once berated me because i wrote something on this board about option prices (i got it wrong... I said strike was below $1.. but that was the price way they calculate how many to get). Regardless, I come from the world where you get paid when you deliver. I am still unhappy with the options currently granted at 1.88 strike(i believe only new employees should get options, older employees should have to build shareholder value). So you can say, given I am a very transparent shareholder - and write my thoughts in public - they are not always happy with my thoughts. However - yes if Bob, or Scott or even Tim in brazil wants to have a regular constructive dialog then I would be up for it.
