Coal fired power station projects will only win funding if they adhere to new restrictions on co2 output and coal feed quality.
This may prove to be good news for LV as it will rule out many lower quality brown coal resources.
At the end of the day, funding restrictions will determine the source/quality of coal in new or upgraded power projects.
High quality Aus coal should come out on top IMO.
