ARD are not paying a 7cps capital divie they are giving out USN shares which at current USN prices equal 7cps I'd say more likely when ARD'er get the shares the value will be closer to 5cps with many more ARDO converting to ARD and USN shares being depressed by the amount on the market to sell but you never know maybe USN shares will be worth more
