this is going to be as my previous post, where DML will allowed to dig itself out of troubles and try to source capital raising or hit the lenders later for funds to develop the mine.

I find it reasonable that they be able to nominate an adviser to the company to oversee the new operation and also subject the reprofile to a new feasibility study with their experts to justify it.
